Items will be shipped from United Kingdom. We usually ship within 1-5 business days of receiving cleared payment but please note that it could take longer depending on the product and the quantity of items ordered.
For shipment outside England, our customer service representative may contact you through email for shipping charges arrangement (especially when additional charges apply) after your order is placed.
RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellation
Once order is placed and payment is made, it cannot be cancelled online. Please feel free to reach out to us at justsnapupuk@gmail.com for cancellation and refund arrangement.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us at justsnapupuk@gmail.com immediately so we can address the issue promptly.
Return and Refund
In order to provide you with the best possible online shopping experience, we offer 14 calendar days return policy.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, with all packaging and tags attached in its original packaging. Additionally, you’ll need to provide proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at justsnapupuk@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please ensure all returned items are well-packaged. Return packages are the customer responsibility of the customer until they are received by us. We recommended that you take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning your package. Please keep all posting receipts to allow you to make a claim for damage or loss if necessary. We will not be responsible for items that are damaged or lost in the return delivery process.
A 10% restocking fee will be charged for items returned. In addition, if any import taxes were charged to us for the returned items, the corresponding amount will be deducted from your refund. Please mark the returned package as "Returned Goods" to minimize this risk.
Meanwhile, if your original order enjoys free shipping and the return causes the remaining order total to fall below the minimum requirement for free shipping, the actual ship-to cost of your original order will be deducted from your refund. Both the ship-to and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 30 business days (subject to payment gateway arrangements and bank holidays). Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund in your account. If you haven’t received your refund within 30 business days of approval, please contact us at justsnapupuk@gmail.com.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom products, jewellery, hosiery, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gift cards. Please contact us if you have any questions about the return eligibility of a specific item.
Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges

How do I check on the status of my order?You can always check on the status of your order by going to order status and logging into your Just Snap Up account.

How will I know what my estimated shipping costs will be?You can check shipping costs before checkout by viewing your cart. To check shipping costs, add any combination of items to your cart and click the "Estimate Shipping" button under the "Shipping" section (you can calculate shipping fees and you do not have to proceed with your purchase at this point).
